A small Serbian NGO, working with care.
Humanitarian Solutions — registered in Serbia as Humanitarna Rešenja — was founded in September 2025 in Belgrade. We are a registered non-profit providing legal aid and human support to migrants and refugees in Serbia.
Our work
We meet people where they are. Some come to us after months of uncertainty, with letters they cannot read and appointments they do not understand. Our job is to slow things down, look carefully at the case, and find the next sensible step.
Our approach
We work in plain language. We do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver. If a case needs a licensed lawyer, a doctor, or another organisation, we say so and help with the referral.
Independence
We are independent of any government or political party. We are funded through grants and private donations. Our services to the people we support are free.
